A funeral service was held Jan. 12 at St. Matthew Lutheran Church, Secaucus for Ruth H. Berardo, 91, of Secaucus since 1925. She passed away Jan. 9. She was the wife of the late Richard Berardo; mother of Linda Berardo, Susan May and her husband Dennis and Diane Berardo and her husband Richard Evans; grandmother of Joseph and Jennifer Introna, Jenifer May and Eric May and Erin Lundy and Kathryn Lundy; great grandmother of five and sister of Doris Manzo and the late Walter and Henry Hering; and aunt of my many nieces and nephews. Ruth owned Town Beverage in Secaucus with her husband Richard. She worked from 1977 to 1987 at Secaucus Trust Company. Ruth was a member of St Matthew Lutheran Church where she was a member of the Ladies Aid and Altar Committee. Services arranged by the Mack Memorial Home, Secaucus.
