Freed Jr. and his wife Nancy, and Steven Anthony Freed and his wife Mary Patricia; cherished grandfather of Raymond J. Freed III, Lauren Cordo and her husband Elliott, Anthony Freed, Mary Freed, Alexandria Freed, and Steven Freed; adored great-grandfather of Benjamin, Bradley, Jacob, and Catherine Cordo; dear brother of Lois Riley and Joan Bezek; loving companion of Ruth Reis; also survived by many nieces and nephews.
