Lego Engineering, presented by Play-Well Teknologies, will partner with the Jewish Community Center, located at 1050 Kennedy Boulevard, for a summer Lego camp. Do you like building things? Design and build motorized machines, catapults, pyramids, demolition derby cars, buildings and other constructions out of Lego bricks. While exploring engineering, architecture, and physics, students will develop problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
Classes start on July 15 to the 19 and are for children in kindergarten through second grade from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. Another class for children ages 3 to 6 will be offered from 1 to 4 p.m. Space is limited, so sign up now.
