To the Editor:
On behalf of the Hudson County Animal League, I would like to thank everyone that attended the Mardi Gras mystery dinner at the Venice Restaurant. Also thank you to the Venice, the food was great. We had a lot of people tell us they had a great time and were saying that the event was so different and were looking forward to the next mystery dinner.
We would also like to thank everyone that supported the Valentine’s Day tree and attended the tree lighting. A special thank-you to Pete Amadeo from the city and to the people at the library – Elaine, Jim, Simon, Dotty and the people that I did not get their names – everyone at the library are always so accommodating to us.
We are always appreciative for the constant support of the community. Your support has made it possible to continue our rescue efforts of the abandoned and abused animals in this community.
