HOBOKEN — Police were circling around the area of Eleventh Street in Hoboken around noon, letting residents know about another water main break in the city.
City spokesman Juan Melli said Wednesday afternoon, “There was a leak on a 6” main at Eleventh and Bloomfield originally thought to be a service leak. United Water notified us they were scheduling repairs for 10:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. [Wednesday]. A water truck is at Eleventh and Bloomfield for residents who need water.”
This is the sixth main-related water issue Hoboken has seen in two weeks.
