In Hoboken, Frank Sinatra helps market a condo…sort of

HOBOKEN — Hoboken native Frank Sinatra’s family lived at 703 Park Ave. for about a year around 1927, according to local lore. They were movin’ on up from the west side of town.
Now, real estate agents marketing one of the condos in the building are saying in their listing, “The best part…SINATRA lived here.”
Could Ol’ Blue Eyes ever have envisioned that a single unit in the building would be on the market for $569,000?
The unit for sale is a two bedroom with two bathrooms, and a yard. Since some of Hoboken’s housing stock had to be taken off the market due to Hurricane Sandy repairs, the remaining homes have been high in demand.
The listing can be found here.
