66, of Bayonne, NJ, passed away peacefully on Thursday, July 18 at the Bayonne Medical Center. Thomas was born in Jersey City, and has lived in Bayonne since 1992. He was a self-employed truck driver. He was a former member of the Teamsters Union. He was an avid fisherman. Beloved Husband of Maryann (Nee:Dyczewski). Devoted Father of Maryann Cavanagh and her companion Tony Aragona, Patricia Sielski and her companion Michael Mecka, Sharon Duddy and her fiancé Troy MacDonald, Thomas M. Duddy III, Darlene Lee and her husband Jeffrey, Brian Thomas Duddy and his wife Helen. Cherished Grandfather of Heather and Amanda Cavanagh and their father James, Michael, Stefanie, Kaitlin, Justin Sielski and their late father Michael. Adoring Great-Grandfather of Kenneth J. Cavanagh. Loving Brother of Rose Basiak and her husband John Sr., and the late Carol Turanski and her living husband Edward. Dear Son of the late Rose (Nee:McCabe) and Thomas M. Duddy, Sr. Dear Uncle of Michael Turanski, Karen O’Donnell, John Basiak, Jr. and many other nieces and nephews. He will be missed by many loving friends. The viewing was on July 21 at the G. KEENEN O’BRIEN Funeral Home, Bayonne. A funeral mass was offered on July 22 at St. Vincent’s Church. Cremation was at Rosehill Crematory, Linden.
