To the Editor:
It is so nice when you find trustworthy people and or companies who offer their services while providing great service. MIDAS is the place, folks. I had to bring my car in for repairs because my driver’s side window no longer opened. Not only was my car repaired in a timely fashion (part ordered and delivered on the same day) and at a reasonable cost, MIDAS on Broadway and 38th street showed me they are more than just a car-repair shop; they are someone you can trust!
I was happy with the nice and friendly greeting by the lady at the front desk (rare nowadays), and yes I was happy with the professionalism and the quality of work but something else made me even more happy. A few months ago, while I was sitting in my car waiting to get gas, I was fiddling around with my $20 bill waiting for the gas attendant to finish. When he came over to get paid, I misplaced the money and could not find the $20. I thought maybe I dropped it in the crack of the window of my car but I was not 100-percent sure. I also thought I might have foolishly dropped it outside the car and lost it.
When my wife went to pick up the car when the repair was done, the MIDAS people were like, “Mrs. Miselis we found this $20 in the door panel.” How awesome is that? There are still honest people in this world. MIDAS of Bayonne deserves a nice big thank you!
