Bayonne FMBA beats Dr. Sukow 4- 1
On September 28, in the Bayonne Youth Soccer Association, Division 7 game, Dr. Sukow’s team suffered its first loss of the season to Bayonne FMBA 1 -4. Despite their hard work and determination, it wasn’t enough to pull out the victory. Frankie Bozzone recorded his third goal of the season with a nice assist from Anabella Sornoza. Only four goals allowed by some of the newest goalies, Madison and Megan Beebe along with Pranesh Kirubukar and Sophia Milachouski. Defense tried its best with good kick outs by Brandon Drago, Jack Pozo-Cintron, and Luke Mullins. The rest of the Sukow offensive attack was led by the dynamic duo of Conlin and Alexa Yuscavitch.
Shamrocks get first victory of the season
On September 28 Division 7’s Shamrock Society of Bayonne celebrated a 2-1 victory over Sportography. Omar Elhalo and Edward Denne of the Shamrocks each scored their first goal of the season. Grace and Katie Mulcahy were impressive goal keepers making timely saves to secure the team’s first victory. Bella Uzzolino had a breakout game on offense showing a propensity for splitting the opposing defense.
Bogdan Orthodontics beats Acquaduct LLC 4 to 2
Francois Rodas scored 3 goals . Matthew Pobedinsky scored 1 goal with the assist of the great midfielders Jose Rivera, Jose Antonio Giron, Allen McComb, Mena Samaan, Brian Thomas, and Niko Trujillo. A perfect defense leads by Nicholas Paolini, Yaroslav Castillo, Michael Malloy, Nathaniel Flores, Gavin Conroy, and Mark Sadek. Finally an amazing job done by our best goalkeeper Dylan Hedler.
