.– (Nee DePaola), 98, passed away on Thursday, October 17, 2013 at the Chelsea at Fanwood, in Fanwood NJ surrounded by her loving family. Edith was born in Bayonne and lived in Jersey City before moving to Belleville. She was a homemaker. Beloved wife of the late Nicholas A. Amabile, loving mother of Donald A. Amabile, cherished grandmother of Nicole Henry, Kellie Villano, Sharon Filaferro, great- grandmother of Nicholas, Ashley and Danielle Filaferro, Aaron, Amanda and Austin Henry, Kaitlyn and Bella Villano. Dear sister of the late Patrick DePaolo, Alma DePaolo, and Rose, Anna and Dorothy. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins. Funeral arrangements were by the G. KEENEN OBRIEN Funeral Home, Bayonne. A mass of Christian Burial was held on Tuesday, October 22, 2013 at the St. Vincent de Paul church, Bayonne. Cremation was at the Rosehill Crematory, Linden .
