A funeral mass took place Dec. 3 at Our Lady of Grace Church, Hoboken, for James S. Cramer, a lifelong resident of Hoboken. He passed away peacefully on Nov. 28. Mr. Cramer graduated from Xavier High School in New York City. After graduation he joined the Navy, and after being honorably discharged he attended St. Peter’s College and Seton Hall Law School.
Mr. Cramer was a partner in the law firm of Morley, Cramer, Haggerty, Tansey and Fanning. He was an active member of Our Lady of Grace Church in Hoboken. Mr. Cramer is survived by his brother Walter S. Cramer and his wife Lynne Seide Cramer of Manahawkin, his nephews Walter H. Cramer and his wife Michele Kiely-Cramer of Jackson, Marc S. Cramer and his wife Kimberly Cavener Cramer of Egg Harbor Township, Keith D. Cramer and his wife Patricia Velasquez Cramer of Egg Harbor Township, his niece Susan Cramer Kinney and her husband Paul Kinney of Manahawkin, great nephews Jason M. Cramer, Maximilian Kinney, Nicholas C. Cramer, Alexander C. Cramer, great nieces Kaitlyn Kinney, Megan Kinney, Kendall Cramer and Kasey Cramer, and his cousin Seton Reid and her family of Wall. His nephew Christopher S. Cramer and his great nephew Joshua S. Cramer predeceased Mr. Cramer. Services arranged by the Earl F. Bosworth Funeral Home, Hoboken.
