A funeral mass was held Feb. 15 at St. Francis R.C. Church for Carmelina Coccia, 80, of Hoboken. She passed away Feb. 12. Carmelina was born in Patti Sicily, Italy. She was an experienced seamstress and was a native of Hoboken since her arrival to the United States in the 1950s. She is survived by her nieces Marcella Barry, Maria Ferrentino, Maria Picinic and Mella Rossotto. Carmelina was predeceased by her her husband, Michael Coccia; parents Giuseppe and Maria Orlando; and her brother’s Antonio, Frank and Tino Orlando. She will be missed by her many great nieces and nephews. Services arranged by the Failla Funeral Home, Hoboken.
