KARATE TOURNAMENT

Students from the Bayonne High School Karate League competed at the 10th Annual Golden Rule Karate Tournament, held at the Warren Hills Regional Schools High School in Washington, N.J. on 9 Feb. Tristan Coto competed in the Boys & Girls 16 & 17 yr old Kata & Kumite Novice Division and placed second in Kata (Forms) & First in Kumite (Sparring). Manolo Alvarez also competed in the Boys & Girls 16 & 17 yr old Kata & Kumite Novice Division and placed First in Kata & Second in Kumite (Sparring). The Students are trained by Master William Toolen Sixth Dan & Master Keith Marsh Fifth Dan.
