(nee: Slade) On Sunday, February 23, 2014; daughter of Teresa and the late Emil Slade; loving mother of Gina Koprowski and husband John Ford of Mass., and Daniel Koprowski and wife Jennifer of Minn.; cherished grandmother of David and Katherine; dear sister of Tom Slade. Funeral arrangements were by the KOHOOT Funeral Home. Cremation was private. A Memorial Service will be held on March 15, 2014 at 3 p.m. at the funeral home.
