Jersey City goes blue for autism awareness

JERSEY CITY – Mayor Steven M. Fulop and members of the Municipal Council will recognize the month of April as Autism Awareness Month and will turn the lights in front of City Hall blue for World Autism Awareness Day on April 2.
“I am proud to join the efforts of the United Nations, Autism New Jersey, Autism Speaks and all advocates of autism awareness through the “Light It Up Blue” program,” said Mayor Fulop. “Working collectively to ensure autism information and services are available to community members is an important mission to which we are committed.”
