To the Editor:
Gary La Pelusa is an honest, caring family man. He does what is right for the City of Bayonne. He cares about his town. Gary is the only person who has stood up against the machine and voted with a clear conscience. After four years of higher taxes, and one of the biggest mistakes in the history of the City of Bayonne was the selling of the former MOTBY to the Port Authority, which pays absolutely zero dollars in tax money, destroyed streets, and more vacant store fronts than I can count, it’s time for a change and Gary is that positive change.
Gary’s former opponents, Washington Flores and Anthony Di Iorio, respect him and have endorsed him. Gary is well liked and is always available, whether you see him outside working or you call his home.
During the recovery of Hurricane Sandy, Gary, through the Gary La Pelusa Assocciation, was able to help many people. They were able to use the church basement to feed people a hot meal. Gary and his association have helped many people through charitable donations.
On June 10 these are just some of the reasons you should vote Gary La Pelusa-7C-for Third Ward Council.
