(Cis) was born in Bayonne, New Jersey, to William & Frances Hogan. In 1952, she married the late Robert F.X. Van Wagner (also of Bayonne and son of Percy & Anna Van Wagner) at St. Andrew’s. Her brothers Matthew & William and her sister Virginia predeceased Cecilia. Her brothers Joseph & Jerry and her sister Bernadette survive her. She leaves behind her 11 children, Bob (Barbara), Christopher (Peggy), Mark (Joan), Matthew (Leslie), Thomas, Paul, Michael (Olivia), Luke (Paula, deceased), Regina (James), John (Andrea) & Rose (Michael), 21 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren.
