A funeral service was performed July 30 at St Anne Catholic Church, Jersey City, for Raymond E. Pastorek, 65, of North Bergen. He passed away July 26 at his home after a long illness. He was born in Jersey City and was a life time resident of North Hudson. Raymond drove a taxi for many years for Babe’s of Ft. Lee and Scotty’s of Cliffside Park. He was a disabled Army Veteran having served during the Vietnam War. Surviving are his wife Stacey (nee) Hale and his son Preston. Services arranged by the Leber Funeral Home, Union City.
