Exclusive: ‘Knockout Game’ teens sentenced

HOBOKEN AND JERSEY CITY — The three teenagers implicated in the death of a homeless man in Hoboken last September have been sentenced, as a cover story in the Jersey City Reporter and Hoboken Reporter reveals this weekend. The 14-year-old boy who threw an unprovoked punch at him in an apparent “Knockout Game” was sentenced to six years in juvenile prison. The two 13-year-old boys who were with him are out on probation. All three apparently took the light rail train from Jersey City to Hoboken before committing the crime.
