87, of Whiting, passed away at her home on August 19, 2014. Born in Bayonne, she was formerly of Brick before moving to Whiting in 2001. She was predeceased by her parents George and Irene Kontje; her domestic partner, MaryAnne Flaherty; her sister, Beverly Dooley; her brother Wayne Kontje and a nephew Wayne Joseph Kontje. Survived by her sister in law Barbara Kontje, Morris County; nieces and nephews, Louis Dooley, Ellen Morano, Timothy Dooley, Stuart Dooley, Ann Falcone, Beverly Van Stone, Lauren Streit, Irene Kontje and John Koresh.
