A funeral service took place Jan. 16 at SS Peter and Paul Catholic Ukrainian Church for John S. Brydun, 66, a lifelong Jersey City resident. He passed away Jan. 12. He was the son of the late Wasyl and Maria (Palka). John was the father of three children and grandfather of four grandchildren and is also survived by his sister Nancy (Brydun) Schneir.
