Arrested man allegedly threatens to shoot police, blow up their vehicles

NORTH BERGEN – An 18-year-old North Bergen man allegedly “threatened to shoot police officers in their chests and blow up township police vehicles,” according to nj.com.
The article states that police responding to a call about a man breaking a window and climbing inside an abandoned building on Meadowview Avenue spotted the suspect leaving through a broken window and arrested him.
The suspect allegedly made the threats after being transported to police headquarters. According to the article he admitted to entering the building to drink alcohol and was charged with criminal trespass, two counts of making terroristic threats, and possession/consumption of alcohol.
