SIKORSKI, MYREAL JEAN

82, of Spotswood, died on January 10, 2015 at Deborah Heart and Lung Center in Browns Mills. Born and raised in Bayonne, Myreal also lived in Hampton, VA for several years before settling in Spotswood in 1955. She worked as a cashier at the former Summerhill Market in Spotswood for many years while at the same time providing for her family as a homemaker. She enjoyed spending time with her family, reading, traveling, especially to Atlantic City and Spring Lake and, she was an avid fan of the New York Yankees.
Predeceased by her husband, Thomas Sikorski in 2013 and her son, Thomas Sikorski in 2012, she is survived by her children, Patricia Latyn and her husband Richard, of Spotswood, and Steven Sikorski of Neptune; her brothers, Louis Pietz and his wife Edyie, of Monroe Twp, and Robert Pietz and his wife Debbie, of Old Bridge; her former daughter-in-law, Mary Sikorski of Georgia, and many nieces and nephews.
