Seal spotted sunning on Shipyard dock

HOBOKEN—Reader Raul Perez sent in this photo of a seal resting on a dock in northern Hoboken near the Shipyard condo complex on Monday, March 23. The presence of marine mammals like seals may be another indication that the Hudson River in becoming increasingly habitable for fish, plants, and other aquatic life.
