Funeral services were held April 11 for Robert Edward Heyman, 94, of Hoboken. He passed away April 5 at Valley Hospital in Ridgewood. “Little Bobby,” as he was known by many, was born in New York City and attended Riverside Military Academy in Gainsville, Ga. After graduation, he served his country during WWII and was honorably discharged from the US Army. Mr. Heyman was a salesman, later becoming vice president for Silver Stationary in New York City for more than 40 years. Prior to his retirement in 1995 he was also a salesman for New Jersey Office Supply. Robert will be missed by his wife, Sharyn; his two sons, Dennis Heyman and his wife Mary, and Robert Heyman; and his daughter, Katie Heyman Duke and her husband Bruce. A great joy in Robert’s life were his four grandchildren and two great grandchildren. He will also be greatly missed by his friend, Albert Arezzo. Services arranged by the Failla Memorial Home, Hoboken.
