87, of Flanders died April 23, 2015. He was born in Jersey City, and raised in Bayonne and graduated from the city high school in 1947. He then went on to graduate from the General Society of Mechanics and Tradesmen Mechanics Institute in New York in 1950. Charles proudly served his country in the United States Navy and Naval Reserves from 1947 until 1952. He was assigned to the USS McDougal and USS Woodworth. He is survived by his son, Edward Parlock and his wife, Tanya; his daughters, Maribeth Dulferand her husband, Frank; and Nancy Markey and her husband, Don. He is also survived by his grandchildren: Kristin Dulfer-Ospina and her husband, Juan; Katherine Dulfer, Cheryl Markey, Gregory Markey and David Markey; as well as his adored great-granddaughter, Emma Ospina. He was predeceased by his wife, Regina, on March 16; and by his brothers, Robert and George Parlock.
