A funeral mass was offered May 15 at St. Joseph’s of the Palisades Church, West New York, for Frank A. Caraccio, 78, of West New York. He passed away May 11. Frank was a retired police sergeant of the West New York Police Department. He was the husband of Jeanette Caraccio; father of Peter, Anthony, Steven and his wife Nancy, Frank and his wife Jean, Michael and his wife Susan, Thomas and Robert Caraccio, grandfather of 13 grandchildren.
