UC celebrates National Night Out Against Crime on Aug. 4

UNION CITY – The City of Union City will be celebrating National Night Out Against Crime on Tuesday, Aug. 4 from 6 to 10 p.m. along Bergenline Avenue from 22nd to 30th Streets. This year promises to be bigger than ever, with many rides and activities for children, an art exhibit, a history exhibit, classic cars, and live entertainment on three stages.
There will be free hot dogs and water, a magic show, and a performance for children by Rosario & Her Stars. Live music will feature the groups La Charanga 76, Ray Machado y Su Grupo, Cubanoson, Ocean Vibes Trio, the flamenco guitarist Jonathan Fritz, and Mariachi Nuevo Americano.
Admission to the event is free and everyone in the community is invited to attend.
