Missing Hoboken 7-year-old child reunited with mother

WEEHAWKEN – At about 7 p.m. on Aug. 23, Port Authority Police Officer found a 7-year-old Hoboken child walking northbound on Port Imperial Boulevard in Weehawken without supervision.
The police officer, suspecting the child needed assistance, brought the child back to the Lincoln Tunnel command by Port Authority police for further investigation. Officers contacted Hoboken PD who had an open missing persons case for the child. Hoboken PD responded to the Lincoln Tunnel command with the child’s mother and she was reunited with her child. The child was in good physical condition.
