A Celebration of Life service was held Dec. 22 for Florence “Flo” Dugan, 85. She passed away Dec. 17 surrounded by loved ones. Flo, a lifelong resident of Jersey City, worked at the Jersey City Law Department for over 20 years. She was a generous and person whom touched the lives of many with her humor and amazing spirit. Flo was an animal lover who enjoyed reading, traveling, the beach, playing cards, completing crossword puzzles and being with family. She was the daughter of the late Florence and Nicholas Hyle; mother of Marianne Davis and Harold Davis; grandmother, great grandmother, sister, aunt and friend Florence will be deeply missed.
