In honor of Women’s History Month, Jersey City Medical Center, a Barnabas Health facility, will host a free Women’s Health Fair for the community on Monday, March 14 from 5:30-7:00 pm in the hospital’s cafeteria at 355 Grand Street in Jersey City.
Health screenings will include blood pressure, diabetes screening, and body mass index, as well as nutritional/dietary consults, and HIV testing. There will also be over 55 different community vendors.
Information stations will feature respiratory and breathing, diabetes, maternal child health, breast care, smoking cessation, and comprehensive care, and organizations like the American Lung Association and Wealth from Health.
