“The old trolley tracks going from Hoboken to Jersey City were some 400 feet high,” Paul writes. “I believe the old photo was taken on 13th Street between Monmouth and Coles. The stanchions holding up the bridge are still on 13th Street, as seen in the contemporary photo.”
