HOBOKEN – Following a last-minute cancellation this past Sunday due to weather, the City of Hoboken announced on Wednesday that the Hoboken Arts and Music Festival will now be held Sunday, June 12. However, at Wednesday night’s council meeting, an official said that date conflicts with a religious holiday and they may push the date back another two weeks.
Either way, Leon Russell will not headline the festival in June, but will headline the fall festival.
The festival will take over Washington Street (between Observer Highway and 7th Street) from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. with food vendors, children’s activities and more.
