It’s going to be really cold on Thursday and Friday. Accuweather also calls for mixed snow and rain on Saturday.
Please employ caution if you like to use candles and space heaters. They can be deadly. In fact, maybe don’t use them.
Anyway, the county’s OEM says: “Advisory: The coldest temperatures and lowest wind chills of the 2016-17 winter season are expected Thursday through Friday. Thursday: Highs in the 20s. “To prepare for these extremely cold temperatures, ensure your home and car heaters are working properly, your car batteries have enough cold cranking amps, and dress in layers: http://www.nws.noaa.gov/om/cold/before.shtml
“Wintry Mix Potential for Friday Night into Saturday…Low pressure moves northeast across the Great Lakes on Saturday as arctic high pressure moves east off the coast.
