To the Editor:
In Robert Dodd’s recent letter to the editor, he stated that the site of the proposed masjid and community center used to be a “hazardous industrial facility” and is unsafe for anyone to use. This struck me as the sort of information that would be easy to find after a little internet searching, but I was only able to find the same arguments against the masjid as before—that developing the property would increase traffic and noise that nearby residents don’t want, and some residents’ blatant prejudice against Muslims.
