HOT DOG! – Phil Lipper, from Ramsey, celebrates at the Newport Center Mall in Jersey City after winning the regional round of the Nathan’s Famous hot dog eating contest.Lipper ate 14 and a half hot dogs in 12 minutes to win. He went on to compete Wednesday at the finals in Coney Island.
