Dear Editor:
There are many good reasons to vote for Bret Schundler as our next governor, but one of the major and more important ones is his vow to rid our State of the Supreme Court’s infamous Mt. Laurel decision, a decision that has caused continued high-density housing in the suburbs making our state one of the most densely-populated areas in the nation.
Mt. Laurel targets the suburbs for development by forcing them to accept development, especially in our decreasing, precious farmland. Mt. Laurel will cause another million residents in the next 20 years. Mr. McGreevey is very vague about this issue.
But if you want a governor who will stop this madness and preserve our open spaces and quality of life, please vote for Bret Schundler on November 6.
