Dear Editor:
I don’t understand the objections to the new buildings on the waterfront. Are some people concerned the buildings will be too tall and too dense to see the waterfront? But as it is, the waterfront can’t be viewed from most of Hoboken. Isn’t it easier to walk five minutes down to the waterfront rather than boo the city council?
A hotel will provide people a place to stay while working, shopping and visiting the New York area. Instead of discouraging developers from building bigger, I stand out of their way and am grateful they use their skills to build structures in which people can enjoy their lives.
