Dear Editor:
I was quite surprised to read the letter in the Hoboken Reporter signed by me. The most important information was left out.
Hoboken parking stickers are issued to Stevens fraternity members with out of state license places. Considering our parking crisis and the fact that a tax payer in Hoboken with an out of state license plate cannot get a Hoboken parking sticker, I wonder who decided this outlandish behavior.
Stevens should be working with the city. A start would be to ban all undergraduates from having cars. If there is a special need, the school should be responsible for parking for that person. This is a great walking town for students. Students in fraternities should also have to park in school allocated spaces.
Let’s all work together for the good of all residents.
