In celebration of the life of Mary Jones, a Mass of the Resurrection will be said on Saturday, March 29 at 2 p.m. at Sts. Peter and Paul Church, corner of 4th and Hudson Streets, Hoboken.Mary was a life-long resident of Hoboken who sat on the Board of the Environment Committee of Hoboken and spent many years volunteering at the Farmer’s Market, often as “the flower lady” and frequently registered voters at the ECH booth there.
Gifts may be sent to the Mary Jones Fund at Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center, Box E, 1275 York Avenue, NYC, NY 10021. A tree planting in memory of Mary is planned and will be announced.
