PEGUERO, ALTAGRACIA OFELIA. Visitation for Altagracia Ofelia Peguero, 91, of Union City, was held Sept. 24 at Jorge Rivera Funeral Home, North Bergen. She died Sept. 21 at Castle Hill Nursing Home, Union City. She was born in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic. Peguero was a homemaker. Survivors include her husband, Edward Cecchi; her sons, Orlando and Felipe; her daughters, Mercedes Sandra and Mariana; a brother, Augusto; a sister, Matilde; 20 grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren.
