Brian C. Forfa and Kristin Rumian; great-grandfather of Alayna and Olivia; also survived by many loving nieces and nephews; brother of the late Leo, Frank, Stanley, John and Henry, Victoria, Sophie, Helen, Julia and Jean; father-in-law of the late Henry.
