A funeral liturgy was offered March 6 from Corpus Christi R.C. Church, Hasbrouck Heights, for Saverio “Sam” Marino, 62, formerly of Weehawken. He died March 3.
He was born in Naples, Italy and came to the United States in 1955. He was a service account manager for Sun Microsystems Inc., in Somerset. He was a U.S. Army veteran. He was the husband of the late Lynn (nee Butingaro) Marino; the father of Lynn Ann Marino and Danielle Marino, both of Wayne; the son-in-law of Peter Butingaro, New York City and the late Nina; the brother of Nicolo Marino and his wife Ronnie of Hasbrouck Heights, Yolanda Rodriguez and her husband Joel of Weehawken, Cosimo Marino and his wife Nancy of Hasbrouck Heights and the late Anna Duardo and her husband Frank of Sherburne, N.Y., and the brother-in-law of Nina Czinsky and her husband Frank of Long Beach, LI. Services arranged by the Costa Memorial Home, Hasbrouck Heights.
