The Division of Trauma at Jersey City Medical Center (JCMC) and Jersey City Police Department’s (JCPD)Traffic Safety Unit joined forces with SAFE KIDS in Hudson County to operate a permanent child seat check station. The station officially opened with a ribbon cutting on Thursday, February 5, 2009 at the Jersey City Dept Motorcycle Squad, where anyone can get a free child seat safety inspection.
