Forty members of her family and longtime friends honored Mrs. Josephine “Fina” Lisa on March 15th on the occasion of her 95th birthday at a luncheon given by her daughter, Anne Lisa Muir. Born and having spent her entire life in the Mile Square City, she was married to the late Joseph T. Lisa for 52 years prior to his death. Theresa and Vincent Nardone were her parents. They came to Hoboken at the turn of the 20th century. Mrs. Lisa is the mother of Anne Muir and Marie Bozzone, both of Hoboken, and Carol Bauman of Verona. She has seven grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren. The affair was held at Antonia’s By the Park, North Bergen.
