Dear Editor:
The Board of Education will be electing three new members April 21st. Since the three current members chose not to seek re-election, I would like to ask our local residents to give one of your three votes to Charles Krajewski III.
The Krajewski family has been local residents of Secaucus for four generations, more than 100 years. Suffice to say his two-year old son and infant daughter make them fifth generation. As a graduate of Secaucus High School, Charles has continued to grow and now raise his own family as local members of the Secaucus community. He knows Secaucus and its residents well, including some of the problems we have faced in the past and how we resolved them in the future.
Charlie is well educated, and most importantly, knows the concerns of parents, students, teachers and school administrators. He is extremely well suited for this position and given his experience in education will be able to get along and work well with board members. His dedication to fulfilling this position will be proven as it already has to his friends and family and with no political ambitions.
Though not many people usually vote in Secaucus school board elections, I am urging our residents to vote in this significant election, where we can vote for new board members. And when you do, I urge you to vote for Charlie Krajewski.
