The Associated Press has picked up on the story we first broke in this spot on Thursday of the numerous dead and abandoned animals being found throughout North Bergen. Officials now believe someone who has a contract to pick up dead and stray animals in other towns may be dumping them in North Bergen instead of paying to bring them to a shelter. Who could it be?
