Secaucus Recreation Centre is inaugurated recently and it has become the talk of the town. Some like it and praise it, while according to some, it is a big liability to the residents of the town.
I had a chance to visit the centre last week with my friend Ms. Parikk. I am very much impressed when I saw all the facilities for physical exercise which are very useful for our health.
“Health is wealth.” “A sound mind is in a sound body.” These proverbs explain the importance of our health.
So the people buy some exercise machines for their homes or they go to professional gyms and spend lots of money. While people can have more facilities for exercise on paying a nominal membership fee. Healthy people do not have to spend more money for costly medication or gyms.
So we can say that this is not a liability but it is a precious gift to us, and we should give compliments to our present council members. If Secaucus is the Crown of Hudson County, this centre is one of the jewels of the town.
