Out of bounds

Question: In high school volleyball, if a served ball touches the extended antennas above or within the net, is ball considered in play or out of play?
Answer: Dead ball; out of bounds; loss of rally/point awarded to opponent. (Rule 2, Sec. 3, Art. 1.c)
Question: If a ball lands directly on an endline or sideline, is ball considered in bounds or out of bounds?
Answer: Ball is ruled “in”; ball is ruled out of bounds only if it touches the floor “completely outside” the boundary lines. (Rule 2, Sec. 3, Art. 1,b)
