Columbia MFA student says he’s running for Hoboken mayor

Well, it’s too late for him to apply, but a guy named Matthew who’s a Master of Fine Arts student at Columbia U. has a story in their campus paper, the Spectator, today saying he’s just corrupt enough to run for mayor of Hoboken – or at least, he has the adequate crime experience.
